Most problems can be resolved over the phone and do not need to be returned, saving you the time and expense of sending the product back to us.
However, if we are unable to resolve the issue and the item does need to be returned, please see the Returns And Exchanges
section below for instructions on returning your item.

We do not require an RMA numer or pre-authorization for sending a product back for return or exchange.

General Warranty Conditions
Defective products will only be exchanged for like items.
Non defective items will only be exchanged for a maximum of 30 days from the date of original shipment to Buyer.
After 30 days from date of purchase, Seller reserves the right to honor product warranty by repair or replacement or referral to the Manufacturer.
Seller reserves the right to refuse or return to Buyer any non-defective items.
All return shipping costs for defective or non-defective items are solely the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified.
Physical damage to an item voids any and all warranties on that item.
Any claims for items damaged in shipping must be made to Seller within 3 business days of receiving the product.
Atlas Precision Memory
Atlas Precision Memory has lifetime warranty for replacement of the product should it become defective. If your memory ever fails to work properly in your system we will pay for shipping to return the product to us. A defective Atlas Precision memory module will be replaced for a working module at no cost to the customer. A refund may also be issued if the product is returned within 30 days of initial delivery to the customer.
All retail box motherboards come with a 1 year warranty (from the date of initial delivery) from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
OEM CPU's come with either a 30 day, 1 Year or 3 Year warranty (from the date of initial delivery) as specified in the product description.
Computer Systems come with either a 30 day or 1 year warranty. In either case you will have the option to extend that warranty for a period of up to 2 years.
All Other Products
All products come with either a 30 day or 1 year warranty. In many cases we give you the option to purchase a longer warranty on your product for a reasonable fee.
